Variable wall thicknesses in a printed part - increasing efficiency in 3D printing at all levels

Individual adjustment of the desired stiffness and flexibility: Variable wall thicknesses of 2-6 mm in a printed part allow you to adjust the stiffness and flexibility as required. Higher strength in some areas, better flexibility in other areas, according to your wishes.

Material efficiency:

Maximum material savings through the targeted use of larger wall thicknesses only where they are really needed.

Short and economical production times:

With a volume flow of 3-4 times and nozzle sizes of up to 3.2 mm, printing times can be reduced to a quarter of that of conventional 3D printing.

Highly functional applied parts:

Ideal for corsets, AFOs, KAFOs and many other orthopedic applications - PP is the ideal plastic for this. Thanks to variable wall thicknesses of 2-6 mm in a single printed part, the stiffness can be fine-tuned as required.

Large printed parts:

Printed parts up to a height of 80 cm, a width of 65 cm and a depth of 50 cm possible.

This new development improves the overall balance: more effective printing, efficient use of materials and highly functional applied parts ensure optimal use of our 3D printing technology.
